In 2009, Dan Michl won European FIA Hill Climb Cup, Czech Republic Circuit Championship and Czech Republic Hill Climb Championship with his E1 category car Opel Michl 2.8. Josef Michl won European Historic Hill Climb Championship, cat. 2 with his Skoda 130 RS, and Czech Republic Historic Hill Climb Championship, cat. 1, and he participated in a few races with historic rally car Porsche 911S.
